Choosing the location to build your new home is the first important step. You need to consider the floor plan you have in mind and your family needs and lifestyle. We will give you our free assistance in selecting and reviewing how your new home will fit on the lot prior to your purchase. We will also discuss lot drainage, septic and well placement if needed. We can also discuss window location to take the best advantage of the surroundings views.
If you already own your lot we will assist you deciding on the best floor plan to complement the natural lay of the land.

Things to think about when purchasing a lot.
1. Location, Consider convenience to schools, shopping, and freeway access.
2. Investigate property tax base in the area, and area growth. The growth of a given area will determine how fast the taxes might go up over time.
3. Resale is often a consideration. It is usually best if you build in an area that has a good history of resale.
4. A community setting will generally have sewer, water, and sometimes side walks.
5. If a rural setting is more your style you will need to consider the cost of a well water system and the cost of a septic system of some kind. Most common are mound type systems. For more information on mound systems please feel free to contact us.
6. Investigate for any possible hidden cost involved with your lot location before purchase if possible.
7. Carefully consider how you and your family will use the land and space you decide on.
